A senior leader of former prime minister Imran Khan's PTI party, Dr Shahid Saddique Khan, was fatally shot in Lahore after Friday prayers. Four unidentified assailants attacked him outside a mosque. Despite being taken to a hospital, he succumbed to his injuries.
